Thank you Pat for the love you gave us and the trust to raise your precious Johnny.  We treasure the short time we got to know you even though it felt like we have known you all of our lives.  The examples of love, compassion, friendship and the unwavering battles against adversity has enriched us in a way not to be compaired.  Our deepest sympathy to family and friends.  She talked of you all often and was unmistakenly nurtured by you.  We will truly miss this one of a kind, amazing, brave, and inspiring woman.
