Fran & family - we are so sorry for your loss. When we moved down here, we had the pleasure of living next to Phil's grandparents so we've known the family for many years. Then I had the pleasure of working with Phil for 15 years at Taylor Oil. He always had a smile and you'd recognize his deep voice anywhere. He was a good man and will be missed.
