To Carol, I'm so sorry for your loss. I don't think we've ever met but Steve and I were close friends many years ago. I've often thought of getting in touch with him but, unfortunately, I waited too long. He was a good guy and always had a kind word or a helping hand when I needed it. He will be missed.
