Rosalie C. Pike

Rosalie passed away on Monday, April 13, 2020 at Putnam Ridge Nursing Home, Brewster, NY due to complications from COVID-19.

She is the beloved mother of her 4 surviving daughters Brenda (Paul) Pike, Pottersville, NY, Linda (John) Frank, Groveport, OH, Karen (William) Murphy, Wingdale, NY and Ellen Pike, Round Lake, NY. She is survived by step-granddaughter Sarah (Steve) Hatcher, Galloway, OH and Grandson Jeff (Allie) Scheffler, Delaware, OH and 4 great-grandchildren. Grand dogs Lana, Bella, Caylee and Chloe. She is survived by her baby brother James (Anne) Frisina, Ogdensburg, NY, sister-in-laws Mary Tersigni, Cathryn Pike and brother-in-law Thomas (Debi) Pike, along with numerous nieces and nephews and cousins across the country. She is predeceased by former husband William G. Pike.

She was born on July 29, 1938 in Ogdensburg NY, into the large and loving family of Anthony F. and Marion F. (Gallipeau) Frisina. She is predeceased by her brothers Anthony, Michael, Joseph (Richard), Arthur and Charles along with her sisters Frances (Fran), Marion (Marney), Isabelle, Rita Mae, Nancy and Anna. Her daughters are comforted knowing that God welcomed her home and she is celebrating in heaven with hugs and kisses from the Frisina family that greeted her.

She graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy, went to Business School then stayed home to raise her daughters. Later in life she entered the workforce and retired from Fleet Bank, Ogdensburg, NY. She enjoyed crocheting and baking, loved cats and her grand dogs.
