To the family.I knew Bill from his service at Taconic and know that he was always the one to step up when the need arose. He was was a fine man and I will always remember his smiling face and positive attitude. Bill, may you find the eternal peace that you richly deserve. You will be missed by many.

Uncle Bill , You made the whole world laugh with your kindness. You used to joke about Joann , Michele and I. When you came up for visits from Haverstraw we could only ride in your “ classic blue Buick “ if we promised to keep our “ filthy feet “ on a piece of cardboard on the floor board , that you had perfectly cut out. You had a great sense of humor , even when life held you hostage to unkind events. You loved each and every child you had. We talked a lot about not being able to express your true feelings. Your passing is hard for me. I always said I was your favorite niece. I adored you for so many reasons. Life gave you many very difficult roads , but NEVER did I see you intentionally hurt or mislead anyone. I hope we ALL can find many reasons to lift up your spirit and honor you. My heart is heavy without you. I pray you find your Mom and Dad and your 3 siblings who passed before you. My life was made better, by being your niece and your friend. I loved you unconditionally.
