William W. Straus,90, a longtime area resident, died on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at his home in Wassaic, NY.

Born on July 23, 1927 in Brooklyn, New York he was the son of the late Max and Anna (Goldstein) Straus. On August 2, 1968 in West Nyack, NY he married Mary Foster who predeceased him on April 2, 2014.
