Richard Lopez, 71, of Dover Plains, NY died on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. Mr. Lopez was a representative for Verizon in Valhalla, NY.

Born on March 2, 1943 in Manila, Philippines he was the son of the late Numerieno and Aurora (Paras) Lopez. His wife, Betty Lee (Fesselmeyer) Lopez survives at home.

A memorial mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 63 Mill St., Dover Plains, NY. Burial will be private.
