Condolence: It was with great sadness that I learned about Rudy's passing this morning. Along with the pain was a great sense or joy as memories of he and Ginny came flooding through my mind. The many dinners, parties and other events we attended together. The numerous work parties, the annual 50-50 club dinner, Oktoberfest, Car Show, Country Music Festival.... no matter the project, we could always count on Rudy to be there to work his tail off doing whatever was necessary to succeed. All the while his smile was infectious.

The town has lost a great leader. His family a great father, and Ginny a loving and caring husband.

With both Joy and Sorrow.

Nancy and Steve

Condolence: Ginny and family... just two years ago during a visit back home..we were fortunate to spend a lovely afternoon with you...Having chosen a career and a life in Canada...we did not have many opportunities to connect...but each visit and the school reunions that you played a major role in, were filled with warmth, good conversation and laughter...

We are there in spirit with your family as they bring you to your final place of rest in the countryside that you so dearly loved.....

Condolence: Since our parents owned adjoining farms on Leedsville Road, I have had the honor and privilege to know Rudy Eschbach for over 60 years. Rudy was a true family man and an amazing American gentleman. Lions Club International has a motto, "We Serve". Rudy served his Country as First Lieutenant in Vietnam. He served as a member and President of the Amenia Lions Club and served his Town of Amenia, both on the Planning Board and Zoning Board. Rudy served his Church and oh what a singing voice he had. Rudy, you are missed, God Bless
