Joe Loughlin was a true gentleman who cared deeply about his neighbors and community. Joe tried his best to upgrade Amenia to the best of his ability. Joe was always aware of those in need and he was able to give them support. Joe suffered many setbacks in life but was always able to bounce back and stay optimistic.
