Condolence: Joe,
so sorry to hear of your fathers passing. We knew Joe from Pawling Rubber Corp. back in the early 70's, where he was a kind and special person who helped us learn the craft, while always offering a helping hand and a kind word. He was one special person and will be missed by all who knew him. Tom and Alice Pilch

Condolence: A life well lived. I knew Joe from when he was a crossing guard at Dover Elementary and then after that when he would come in to visit. It was always nice to see him. Great guy, very nice, unassuming, always in a positive mood and with something good to say. He was an incredible example of how to be a contributing member to his community, to society. He will be missed. RIP Joe.

Condolence: I'm very sorry for your loss. The death of a loved one is one of the most difficult things we ever have to deal with. I lost my father a little over 2 years ago and since then have tried to make a concerted effort to share with others the comfort I found from the God's promises in the Bible. Specifically, that we can will see our dead loved ones again. John 5:28, 29 says: “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” I hope you can find comfort in this promise during this most difficult of times.

Condolence: So Sorry for your loss, Got to know Joe from judging the parade in Dover for many years. Before the parade we used to sit in front of the FD and shoot the bull about days gone by. When leaving Joe would always say "See you next year" That will never happen again. Though we only talked that once every year he will be missed. To his family, he was a great guy, may he rest in peace
