Angelina “Lena” Mostachetti, a longtime resident of Wingdale, NY, passed peacefully surrounded by her family at home on Sunday, September 21, 2014. She was born in Arzignano, Italy, the daughter of the late Girolomo and Anna (Massignani) Peretti. On August 1, 1948 in Dover Plains, NY, she married Bruno D. Mostachetti who died on December 6, 2002.

Mrs. Mostachetti worked as an activities coordinator, retiring in 1984. She was an avid golfer as a member of the Harlem Valley Golf Club. She loved painting and travel & spending the winter months at her Delray Beach, FL home. She was a parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Church in Dover Plains.

She is survived by her son, Bruce Mostachetti and his wife, Marianne, of Hyde Park, NY; her daughter, Judy Edwards and her husband, Dr. Keith Edwards, of Williamstown, MA; a sister, Gloria Callahan, and her husband, Donald, of Dover Plains, NY and many loving nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 62 Mill St., Dover Plains, NY.
